This included Internet exposure and marketing in many newspapers including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal. This wide geographic marketing effort led to a buyer from London who also lived in Hong Kong and France. These take away materials featured the best views from the property and also the interior design. In addition, Randy took the time to fully understand both the positive aspects and the specific challenges buyers might need to address in considering our property. He kept us informed, as necessary, while handling questions and issues raised by prospective purchasers in a way that minimized our involvement. In the end, we had a quick, satisfactory sale and a process that was free of the money hassles we have endured in prior real estate transactions. Last year, Randy helped my family buy a condominium in San Rafael. The property turned out to be a short sale which we knew would mean a long and arduous process.
